Amanda oversees Vignette’s real estate transactions from the contract and due diligence periods through the final closing process. Her expertise allows Vignette to deliver event-less service to our clients. She’s an expert at smoothing out bumps in the road and is critical to our successful operation.
Born and raised in South Florida, Amanda spent her youth at the beach while devoting most of her weekends to fishing on the water with her dad.
Amanda graduated with her BA in Marketing from the University of North Florida. Amanda married her hometown sweetheart, and together, they embarked on a journey of education. Amanda was a natural at educating young minds; her patience, management skills, and guiding hand allowed for children to blossom under her care.
Amanda and her husband fell in love with the peaceful mountains and waterfalls of Western North Carolina. While she loved teaching, Amanda knew her true passion awaited her in the North Carolina mountains.
On a leap of faith, they moved to North Carolina. She wanted to share her passion for the region, and she knew her experience with marketing, hospitality, and education would be a perfect fit for a career in real estate.
When Amanda is not hard at work coordinating seamless transactions, she enjoys hikes at Wayah Bald, swimming in the clean, crisp waters of Nantahala Lake, or enjoying the views from her mountain cabin with her husband Kyle and two cats, Felix and Church.
